I have not received my order from a month ago. I ordered and was charged $122.00 on August 3rd or 4th.
Nothing received or even been contacted.
I will certainly be contacting Better Business Bureau Monday morning. Also contacting my credit card to let everyone know this is a SCAM BUSINESS.

Cannot obtain return shipping label for items that do not fit
I have tried numerous ways to return almost $100 worth of dresses that are too large. I keep getting the runaround, with no label provided, and this was through Amazon.
Amazon will not accept responsibility nor list this order, saying I have to contact the original seller. I have done that numerous times, and the 'service at ryabe.com' never responds.
What a rip-off. It looks like it's time to stop ordering online as there are so many scams, especially from China.

It’s been a month to the day since I placed my order and I’ve yet to receive it even though they were paid through PayPal.
Order for 3 shirts for $111+ placed on May 25, 2024. It is now June 25, 2024, and I have not received any notice of it being shipped.
The most I have heard is that it has been packed.
This company is supposedly in South Carolina, as am I. I could drive anywhere in the state in 4 hours, so where is my order?

No customer service. I find it impossible to get any assistance for a return. They certainly could have much better customer service!
Yes, it could do better. Absolutely no way to get to customer service!
I have tried numerous ways to get ahold of these people with no results. When I do get an address to try then I am told no site is available. This is very annoying.
I have good intentions of returning their product, buy unfortunately it is too large. Need a smaller size!

I have received several emails to remind me I had items in my order cart. I don’t want them. I have not been able to get rid of your emails!
I want to unsubscribe from Ryabe emails. I have tried but nothing has deleted these emails.

Had the same thing spent around 100 and clothes don’t fit and ant return because no info. Plus I noticed now it says if was discounted no refund all there stuff is a few dollars less than normal price plus they don’t even send anything with purchase and you need that info for a return.
I will every time I see this post I will say don’t buy. It was cause they say SCarolina is y ibought

Placed an order in Feb. for items to use on a cruise. I am still waiting for the items. Back from our cruise on March 3. I'm so sorry I didn't read the review posted before ordering!
Never recieved my items. Unreliable company.

!I ordered from this company 3 weeks ago still waiting for my clothes to arrive. Will not respond to my request as to where are my clothes?
My account has already been charged. I was told it shipped from the United States it does not, I read the review of happy customers on FB not the case.

I to can NOT get a hold of anyone I would like to return a shirt that they sent me was the wrong size . I am lucky the other items fit . But the blouse was 44.00 dollars and it’s no good to me if it doesn’t fit .
Horrible Customer Service
This company took my money, I returned the item after months waiting on it, and they have not refunded me after numerous email threads stating they would. Now they are not responding to my emails. They have stolen from me!!!
